Most of the time we are worried about how we care for others and rarely make time for ourselves. It’s gotten so bad that the term self-care has been promoted heavily in more recent times. Self-care is simply about taking care of your own needs and that can come in many forms including massages, exercise, creating vision boards, listening to music, walking outdoors, painting, drawing, crafting, karaoke, journaling, spending time with friends and family, etc.
Creating a self-care routine is essential, but how do you even figure out what types of things actually help you with your self-care? You start by trying things out, there is no other way to do this. The self-care classes we offer are for introducing you to different forms of self-care so that you can create a plan that is tailored to you.
2 hour classes are $25 per person. 3 hour classes are $35 per person . Minimum 2 ppl and maximum 8ppl
